Villa La Campanella is located in Scala, the most ancient city on the Amalfi Coast, bordering Ravello (2.5 Km), in the medieval hamlet of Minuta. This village is situated in a strategic position and offers a panoramic view of the coast and the Gulf of Salerno.
The large garden surrounding the Villa protects it from the outside world, making it hidden and impenetrable, far removed from the noise and clamor of modern life. This place is filled with magical atmospheres: the view, which is different from every terrace and observation point, is truly breathtaking and the climate, always cool and temperate even on the hottest days, makes it the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying “creative idleness”.
The Villa occupies a covered area of 500 sq. meters and is situated inside a 4,000 meter park. The large panoramic terrace with ancient stone basins and wisteria-covered arcades is the heart of the house. Practical pathways run all around the well-tended gardens. Numerous olive and lemon trees offer shade and covered areas with benches and observation points from which to enjoy the view. A large panoramic swimming pool (7x14 m) with whirlpool and a small sports field with artificial turf (for basketball, badminton, ping-pong and five-a-side football) can be found amidst the greenery of the garden. The vegetable garden provides fresh, natural produce for the kitchen.
All the rooms and living areas in the Villa have central heating, air conditioning, telephones, digital and satellite TV, ADSL broadband and access to the digital archive with HD films and music.
The “hobby room” has a home theater entertainment system, with movie screen-sized video and surround sound multi-channel audio, a musical instrument area (keyboards and electric piano, guitars), video-game console, computer with printers and fax, a well-stocked library featuring literary classics, including children’s books, and a film library with hundreds of movies, operas and concerts in high definition Blu-ray.
The Villa has a modern security system including alarms and a safe.
On request, the peace and comfort of the Villa can be enhanced by a housekeeper and chef who are willing to offer guests a chance to learn more about and enjoy the delicacies of the local cuisine.
Amalfi is 7.5 Km away (around 10 minutes by foot along the panoramic pathway), Positano 27, Salerno 30.

GROUND FLOOR: corridor with small living room and large full-length windows overlooking the winter garden with sea view, access room, kitchen with dining area and entrance to panoramic terrace/garden with outdoor sofas, large living room with dining area and full-length glass doors from which it is possible to access the terrace which can also be reached from the kitchen, second bathroom with WC and washbasin.
FIRST FLOOR (night-time area): corridor, with access to the garden, SUITE AZZURRA [BLUE SUITE]: living room with fireplace and access to the garden, double bedroom, Turkish bath with hydro massage shower and chromatherapy system, bathtub with panoramic view. SUITE ROSA [PINK SUITE]: living room with single sofa bed (French), double bedroom with en suite bathroom containing hydro massage shower and access to the panoramic terrace. SUITE DEL VIAGGIATORE [TRAVELER’S SUITE]: double bedroom with desk and access to the garden, from this room it is possible to reach the single bedroom with a second entrance to the garden and en suite bathroom with shower. SUITE VERDE [GREEN SUITE]: double bedroom with “secret” passage (trompe l`oeil door in the wall closet) leading to the attic room and bathroom with bathtub. 1 bathroom with large multi-purpose shower featuring various types of waterfall effects and atomizers, with access from corridor.
SECOND FLOOR - ATTIC ROOM: with access from the garden (as well as from the “secret” passage in the Suite Verde): this has been designed as an open space for enjoying hobbies, games, music, and for relaxing, it has sofas, a bathroom with cast iron bathtub and a laundry room
