Surrounded by endless lines of vineyards and olive-tree groves stretching out into the horizon, Villa Flaminia, is located inside a large estate where vineyards and olive trees are grown. Mount Soratte, in the distance, makes a charming background to this magnificent landscape. The large pergola furnished with a large table and with direct access from the living room, is ideal for organizing delightful outdoor dinners and delicious barbecues. The villa offers a good level of furnishings that are complete and for the most part consisting of period pieces; the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The house is accessible to disabled persons. The villa is surrounded by a large private garden where you will also find the swimming pool of 5x12 m, just a short distance from the villa, equipped with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, table and chairs, and for the exclusive use of the guests.
Available free of charge to our guests and inside the property, beyond the villa`s fence, there is a tennis court and five-a-side pitch with artificial grass, shared with the guests of the 3 other villas located in the area and which are part of the same complex (tennis balls and rackets are supplied on the premises). The four villas offer the possibility of accommodating groups of more than 40 people.
From the estate you can easily reach the numerous towns and villages in Umbria and Lazio, as well as the city of Rome, which you can reach in about an hour, either by car or train.

Paid on site in cash: Extra cleaning hours at €7 an hour. Cook on request, typical local cuisine, at €15 per person.
