The house, located inside a property where the owner`s villa (approx. 20 m away) is also located, is surrounded on three sides by a pleasant, well-kept garden of exclusive use of the guests and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The house has been nicely renovated and is pleasantly furnished, also offering good equipment.
Very convenient location. In fact, Florence is only about a 5 minutes away, either by car or public transport (bus stop 600 m away). Also the Chianti area and Siena can be easily reached by taking the expressway (entrance approx. 1 km away). All kinds of shops 600 m away.
A barbecue is available and, on request, a baby-bed and ADSL line for Internet. Reserved parking (two spaces) inside the property.
