The house, surrounded by vegetation, is located in a beautiful position with views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. Available to the guests is a pretty swimming pool of 5x12m created in the back of the house and is bordered on one side by beautiful ficodindia plants.
One of the most beautiful beaches of the coast, Playa Grande, is only 3 km away and can be reached in just a few minutes.
The nearest grocery shop is approx. 1 km away, at Donnalucata you will find all kinds of shops and supermarkets, typical restaurants and excellent pizzerias.
We are located in the heart of the Sicilian Baroque, there are many towns and cities to by visited and within arm`s length. Scicli is only 4 km away, Modica 20 km, Ragusa Ibla 30 km and Noto 50 km. The Catania airport is just an hour`s drive away.

With this option, Barone units 1, 2, 3 and 4 are rented jointly with exclusive use of the outdoor areas and swimming pool. Adjacent to the attached main house, large living area with Sat TV, dining area that can seat up to 20 people, kitchen area with oven and freezer.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
