Beautiful villa that has been recently built, situated amidst the hills just outside of Donnalucata, an ancient fishing village that is now a renowned bathing resort with a beautiful sandy beach. In Donnalucata there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, excellent fish restaurants and pizzerias. Also the famous beach, Playa Grande, and the natural park of the Erminio River are only 3 km away. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful panorama stretching out to overlook the sea, which you can reach in just a few minutes. The interiors of the villa have been pleasantly furnished with modern furnishings and is well equipped. All the bedrooms have fans. Outside there is a panoramic loggia equipped for outdoor dining. The garden and the swimming pool of 6x12m are of exclusive use of the guests. Parking inside the property.
The property is located in the heart of the Sicilian Baroque area, with many towns and cities all within arm`s length. Scicli is only 8 km away, Modica 20 km, Ragusa Ibla 30 km and Noto 50 km. The Catania airport is just an hour`s drive away. The basement floor has a ceiling height of approx. 2.2 m, the windows are set at a height of approx. 1.6 m and has more simple furnishings compared to the rest of the house, suitable for children or teenagers.
