Beautiful, comfortable villa situated on the edge of Sant`Agata sui Due Golfi, a charming village just a few minutes on foot from the town centre. Restaurants, supermarket and various kinds of shops can be found within a radius of 700-800 m. The villa has been recently renovated, furnished to perfection and is equipped with all the comforts. It is spread out over three floors and is surrounded by a well-kept garden where you will also find the swimming pool of 4.5x12m, of exclusive use of the guests. Outdoors there is also a pleasant courtyard equipped with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining. From some of the windows in the villa and from the garden you can enjoy views stretching out over the surrounding countryside, reaching as far as the sea in the distance. From Sant`Agata you can easily reach in about an hour, the city of Naples, both by car or by boat from Sorrento, approx. 10 km away. The Amalfi Coast is also nearby. In fact, Positano is only 15 km away and Amalfi 30 km. The splendid archaeology sites of Pompei and Ercolano are respectively 30 and 45 km away. Parking is available inside the property. The owner lives in a villa approx. 300 m away. Although this villa is located in the same property as Villa del Golfo, it offers complete privacy. If needed, the two villas can be rented together for large groups (21+2 beds).

FIRST FLOOR: 1 single bedroom with direct access to the garden, going up three stairs you access a large double bedroom with satellite TV and bathroom with shower. 1 twin bedroom with queen-size beds with bathroom with shower. A spiral stairway leads to the third floor consisting of 1 double bedroom with bathroom (no shower) and access to the terrace from where you can enjoy a splendid view reaching as far as Capri Island.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning of the villa from Monday to Saturday 1 person 3 hours a day. Linen change twice a week. Daily towel change.
