Villa Torricella is a beautiful, modern villa situated just a short distance from Sant`Agata sui Due Golfi, a charming village with restaurants and all kinds of shops can be found within a radius of 700-800 m from the property. The villa is furnished to perfection and is equipped with all the comforts. It is spread out over three floors and is surrounded by a well-kept garden where you will also find the irregular-shaped swimming pool of 5x10m. From some of the windows in the villa and from the garden you can enjoy views stretching out over the surrounding countryside, reaching as far as the sea in the distance. From Sant`Agata you can easily reach in about an hour, the city of Naples, both by car or by boat from Sorrento, approx. 10 km away. The Amalfi Coast is also nearby. In fact, Positano is only 15 km away and Amalfi 30 km. The splendid archaeology sites of Pompei and Ercolano are respectively 30 and 45 km away. Parking is available inside the property.
The villa can be rented in two different versions: with or without the spa area located on the ground floor and consisting of a large jacuzzi tub and a sauna and bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have satellite TV. Although this villa is located in the same property as Villa Reola, it offers complete privacy. It is possible to rent the two villas together for large groups (21+2 beds). The owner lives in a villa approx. 200 m away.
