The outside areas offers a nice panoramic pool, a well-groomed garden and a large lawn with volleyball and soccer ground. On the hill top, near the property, there is a ancient medieval panoramic tower dating back to the 11th century that the owners can show their guests upon request.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 1,5 km.
