This splendid villa is located inside a vast estate owned by a famous Florentine entrepreneur family, in a charming valley set between the mountains of the Apennines and the Arno valley, just a short distance from Florence.. You can conveniently reach the historic centre of Florence in just 30 minutes either by car or by public transport. Many of the most popular historic and artistic locations are nearby. The house has been perfectly furnished and equipped with great care and taste.
In the beautiful panoramic garden that surrounds the house you will find a large gazebo furnished for outdoor dining, a swimming pool of 6x12m and a built-in barbecue.
The house is offered with personnel staff: 1 waiter, 1 maid, 1 cook and 2 gardeners for 6 days a week from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. (It is also possible to request the staff on Sunday). Linen change twice a week and daily towel change tended to by the personnel. Mosquito netting on the windows. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Private car park. The gardener lives in a wing of the house by has a separate entrance.

Other services included in the price: Linen change twice a week and daily towel change tended to by the personnel. Personnel staff: 1 waiter, 1 maid, 1 cook 6 days a week from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Electricity included up 500 kw a week. Once you exceed 500 kw there is a cost of €0.43 kw. Laundry service (limits as regulated on premises).
Paid with the rental fee: The third baby/child bed on request and upon payment.
Paid on site in cash: Electricity exceeding 500 kw. Personnel staff for Sunday (beyond the 6 days included) on request , €100 for 1 person. Extra cleaning during the week €10 per hour. Purchase of food upon presentation of receipt as well as €30 per week for petrol costs. Telephone upon usage. Baby sitter €12 / hour.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
