This villa, characterised by a very charming structure that is spread out over three floors, is located in an elevated and panoramic position on the south-western side of Lake Garda, between Desenzno (15 km) and Salò (5 km), near San Felice del Benaco which is only 2 km away you where you will find all kinds of shops, characteristic restaurants and pizzerias. The house has been completely renovated recently and offers a high level of comfort, the furnishings are modern and the house is well equipped. From the house, surrounded by the green hills lined in olive-tree groves and vineyards, you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and the tops of the snow-capped southern Alps. There are many golf courses in the area. The guests have at their exclusive disposal a large equipped garden were a pretty swimming pool of 4.5x12m is located. There is a very pleasant terrace under the portico in front of the house, the barbecue is situated just outside the kitchen. You can go for beautiful walks along the lake shore. In the summer months most parts of the city has ferries that go to the other side of the lake, but if you like, you can also rent your own motorboat or go sailing or windsurfing. The Alps begin on the northern point of lake and from here you can reach Mount Baldo, where you can enjoy a splendid panorama. Verona, famous for its international opera festival, is only 40 minutes away either by car or train.
