This splendid late 19th century villa nestles on the hills outside the village of Crespina, near the Tuscan coast. The seaside towns of Marina di Pisa and Forte dei Marmi can be reached by car in around 20-30 minutes. Pisa and the airport (20 km), Livorno (30 km) and Florence (70 km) are just a short distance away. The house is surrounded by a pretty, well-tended garden which also features a swimming pool (5.5 x 11 m) and annex. Parking spaces provided inside the property. Crespina, which is around 500 m away, has a variety of shops. Some important monuments to visit in Crespina are the Church of San Michele, the Villa del Belvedere, Villa Valdisonzi and Villa della Canonica. Among the numerous village events we should mention the traditional `Fiera delle Civette` which is held every year on September 29th in honor of the festival of San Michele, the Patron Saint of the village, when it is possible to admire the numerous trained owls.
