Characteristic rural complex that has been recently built with great care, perfectly furnished and equipped. The complex consists of a large farmhouse and a hayloft, situated in a nice, panoramic position, set amidst the gently rolling hills of the Chianti covered in vineyards.
Pleasant and nicely organized outdoor areas. Just a short distance from the hayloft is the pretty swimming pool of 12x5 m, where underneath there is a changing room with laundry room and washing machine and a bathroom complete with shower. The property is located halfway between Florence and Siena, both of which can be reached in about a half an hour`s drive. Approx. 5 km from the medieval town of Barberino Val d`Elsa with all kinds of shops. Car park. The house is accessed by taking an unpaved road of about 500 m. 2 baby-beds are available.
The swimming pool is of exclusive use of the guests only if the hayloft and the farmhouse are rented together. Whereas, if they are rented separately then the pool will be shared.

GROUND FLOOR: living-room with TV and dining area, kitchen with oven, freezer and dishwaser, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 small twin bedrooms. Laundry room with washer machine. FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub. Private equipped outdoor area.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 2 hours, 2 times per week for a total of 4 hours per week.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
