Paradiso sul Lago is a comfortable luxury lakeside villa on beautiful
Lake Maggiore. It sleeps eight and offers air conditioning,
swimming pool, tennis court and a private dock. An additional
independent guest house is available on request, which sleeps two more
guests and offers a kitchen and bath.

This villa offers our special “arrive and relax” package:
A simple typical dinner is provided on your arrival night. This
is a welcome sight after a long flight and will allow you to check in,
unpack and relax. You will find the dinner in the kitchen with
the instructions for heating. The dinner is also suitable for
vegetarian guests. It basically consists of a pasta al forno, a
vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit. Bread, water and wine are
included. No changes are possible for the first dinner.
The villa also will be stocked with basic groceries so that you do not
have to shop upon arrival or worry about store closures on
Sunday. The shopping list consists of: milk, coffee, tea, bread,
biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange
juice, cereals. The quantity of the items will be adjusted by the staff
according to the number of guests.
Enjoy the lake with your own power boat! A power boat without
need of license (40 Hp) is NOW INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Fuel not included.

Located
between Arona and Stresa on Lake Maggiore, Paradiso sul Lago is
an ideal place to relax and enjoy the attractions of the Italian lake
district. The villa provides all the amenities that one would
expect from a luxury accommodation.

no extra cost. On request it is possible to book an excursion
with the owner’s helicopter or a cruise with the owner’s 15 meter
vintage sailing boat and 12 meter vintage wooden motorboat. There
are two power boats available for excursions or skiing. Other
luxury amenities on request include a transfer from Malpensa Airport by
Rolls Royce, chef services, massages, extra maid service and
babysitting.
The estate is located in an exclusive gated community, far from the
bustle of the road that runs along the lakeshore. The lush garden
extends over 80,000 square meters (20 acres) and is planted with native
flowers, fruit trees and aromatic herbs.
Proximity to the village of Lesa also ensures that all essential
services are close at hand. This includes
restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, pâtisserie, post office, bank,
hairdressers and bus stop.
The friendly owners live in a separate villa inside the property, fifty
meters from the house. They are eager to offer you the finest
services while respecting your privacy without intruding.
This newly restored spacious house (350 square meters/about 3800 square
feet) develops on one level and is suitable to people with walking
difficulties. The villa comes with four bedrooms each with en
suite bathroom with shower.
It features a spacious living room with working fireplace, a large and
superb kitchen equipped for the most ardent cook, a dining area opening
on a shaded pergola for al fresco dining.
Upstairs there is an additional open space/living area.

The area
The surrounding area offers an impressive range of cultural and
sporting activities. The region is a paradise for walkers and cyclists
with horseback riding and tennis available nearby.
For golfers, two golf courses are located within 10-15 minutes'
drive, with several more less than an hour away.
Beaches and water sports facilities are readily available. The villa is 500 meters from the village
and sits almost equidistant (4 km) between Arona and Stresa the two
most popular Lake Maggiore resorts. The
ferry to the other lake towns and islands docks at Belgirate (10 min.
walk). Switzerland is just half an
hour away.
Excursions
Lago Maggiore is a magical glacial lake anchoring the mountains which
step up into the Italian Alps. This is the heart of the 'Lakes
District' of Italy, an area with a noted northern influence blending
beautifully with all things Italian. This is an area devoted to being
outdoors on land or water, with plenty of small villages to explore and
more than enough stunning scenery to fill a vacation. There is
excellent hiking in the Valle Grande and elsewhere, and equally
excellent golfing with two golf courses nearby (15 minutes driving )
and more than seven within 40 minutes driving.
Tours in the area include Stresa, the Borromeo Islands, Brissago
Islands, Arona, Villa Taranto (botanical gardens), and the Cannero
Riviera. A 10 min drive gets you to the ferry launches in Belgirate,
while the romantic Lake Orta with Isola S.Giulio is only a 15 minute
drive.
In Stresa (5 minutes driving) in its wonderful setting the Grand Hotel
des Iles Borromées offers beauty, fitness and antistress programs
featuring all the most modern facilities.
Many excellent restaurants are located in the area as well as cafés and
shops.
Milan's Malpensa airport is 27 miles away and is reachable by shuttle. Milano is at 1 hour drive by motorway,
it is reachable also by train from Arona
