La Preziosa is a beautiful Umbrian stone house located very close to the
famous ceramics center of Deruta. It lies on a panoramic position with a
spectacular view of the nearby hills and valleys. From, here the sunsets
are particularly memorable!
The property is rustic in style with a lovely pergola that is just off the
living room--a perfect location for al fresco dining. The upper
floor bedroom has direct access to a large, panoramic equipped terrace.
La Preziosa is unique in offering two swimming pools, one outdoor and one
indoor. The indoor pool can be heated and offers a relaxing swim all year round.
Air conditioning is provided throughout the house, except the
downstairs area where the inside pool is located.
The house also offers a barbecue, satellite TV in all of the rooms and in the
lounge area near the inside pool. Screens are provided in all of the
windows. A baby bed, highchair and ironing facilities are available.

with sitting area with fireplace, dining area with direct access to the outside
terrace, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher. One double
bedroom, one twin bedded room (beds cannot be joined), bathroom with
shower and washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: Access from internal stairs (18 steps). One double bedroom
with furnished terrace, bathroom with bath tub and separate shower.
