Originally a farmhouse, the villa has been renovated with care, keeping its ancient charm and using authentic materials, such as terracotta floors and exposed beams. It is furnished completely and with quality, in a rustic style.
Outside, the property offers a natural lawn on various levels, and a beautiful pool with a large sun deck and sweeping views.
The location is ideal for discovering Umbria: within a radius of about 60 km are Spoleto, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Todi, Spello, Foligno and the major Umbrian lakes such as Lake Bolsena, Lake Trasimeno, Lake Corbara and Lake Piedilunco.
Access to the property is via an unpaved road in good condition.
