The villa is located inside the town of Gabiano, a pleasant locality in Monferrato which is part of the Unesco heritage sites, an area famous for its gentle hills and the vast vineyards that produce exceptional wines like Rubino, Grignolino and Gabiano.
The town is situated at a height of around 300 meters and is a delightful and lively place dominated by a castle with a typical medieval appearance which has been preserved to this day thanks to extensive renovation work. The historic town center features various restaurants offering the typical local cuisine of which truffles constitute an unmissable feature.
Completely renovated with original materials that highlight the vaulted ceilings, it is furnished with excellent design pieces; the kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and microwave and many other accessories; the panoramic terrace has a living room and dining area for eating al fresco with a gas barbecue; the windows have mosquito screens.

On the first floor there is a gym with fitness equipment and a music room with TV.
The 500 sq. meter garden contains a swimming pool with sunbathing area, deckchairs and sunbeds.
On arrival guests will receive a welcome basket with fruit, cakes and a bottle of wine. They will also find a supply of food products in the larder. Guests can take bottles of wine from the cellar and pay for them on departure.
The whole area offers plenty of ideas for day trips and tasting visits to cellars. Casale Monferrato is 26 Km away, the city of Turin is just over 50 Km; the Golf Club Margara is 40 Km away.

Library area with desk and computer; main bedroom (with air conditioning) with double bed and bathroom with shower; relaxing music room and TV; gym with fitness equipment; a design spiral staircase leading to the open space bedroom (with air conditioning) with 2 single beds, TV and PlayStation; private bathroom with bathtub.
Downstairs in the basement, accessible to guests, there is a cellar with a vast collection of wines (available for purchase) and tasting area, sofas and a large TV, round table for playing card games and chess.
Access to the lower terrace with small garden and lounge area for tasting wines or simply reading a good book.
ANNEX:
Independent from the villa, across the garden, is a two story annex with a living room and small kitchen, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and, on the upper floor, a bedroom (with air conditioning) with double bed.
