The villa is located inside the town of Gabiano, a pleasant locality in Monferrato which is part of the Unesco heritage sites, an area famous for its gentle hills and the vast vineyards that produce exceptional wines like Rubino, Grignolino and Gabiano.
The town is situated at a height of around 300 meters and is a delightful and lively place dominated by a castle with a typical medieval appearance which has been preserved to this day thanks to extensive renovation work. The historic town center features various restaurants offering the typical local cuisine of which truffles constitute an unmissable feature.
Completely renovated with original materials that highlight the vaulted ceilings, it is furnished with excellent design pieces; the kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and microwave and many other accessories; the panoramic terrace has a living room and dining area for eating al fresco with a gas barbecue; the windows have mosquito screens.
