The farmhouse next to Villa Pianciara (see Villa Pianicara in our offer for the detailed description of the environment) is now available as an independent unit accommodating up to 12 people, in a new formula that offers the possibility of exclusive rental of only one of the two offers: if the Villa is rented, then the Farmhouse will not be available and vice versa, so that the guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool and outdoor areas. Pianicara Cottage has recently undergone very detailed renovation work, that has transformed into an elegant Guest house that respects its rural origins with sober and elegant lines, with soft and relaxing colors and the skilful use of precious and natural materials: terra cotto floors, wrought iron door handles and light fixtures and marble surfaces. The beautiful kitchen is big and efficient and the spacious lounge with fireplace is cosy and ideal for relaxing. The Farmhouse is immersed in greenery, surrounded by pine and lime trees and has a large lawn in front of it. The estate garden is very well kept and full of age-old trees, with shaded areas where you can sit and relax. The swimming pool (7x14) has a splendid view of the olive trees and the city of Viterbo. In addition to the daily cleaning service, included in the offer, on request there is a `full-staffed` service available that includes the preparation and daily service of breakfast and dinner and grocery shopping. The owners` family live in the Villa; the owner, an experienced cook, also offers cooking lessons (traditional Mediterranean cuisine) on request.

Accommodation (300 sq meters):
GROUND FLOOR: entrance, spacious kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, dining-room, living-room with fireplace and 1 WC with washbasin. FIRST FLOOR (accessed by the internal stairway and from the garden): 1 suite with 1 double bedroom and small lounge with access from the garden and 1 private bathrom with shower, 1 double bedroom with small lounge and 1 private bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, each with overhead gallery with 1 single bed and 1 private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and access from the garden.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 3 hours, 6 times per week for a total of 18 hours per week. Bathlinen change twice a week, towels for the pool, gardener for looking after the swimming-pool and garden, wireless internet connection.
Paid on site in cash: `full-staffed` service on request: preparation of breakfast and dinner, table service and daily grocery shopping: 1,300 Euros a week, to be paid on location upon arrival, also by credit card. Service Hours: breakfast from 8 am to 10.30 am and dinner from 6 pm to 10 pm, aperitif included in the price. Other extra costs: food and beverages for the meals, telephone, extra cleaning hours (10 Euros an hour), preparation and lunch service, cooking lessons 60 Euros a person (food included). Please note: deposit and extra expenses to be paid on location can be paid by credit card.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
