On the Versilia coast heading north towards Liguria, Marina di Massa is the last tourist resort town. In addition to the numerous private beaches where you can rent cabins and sun umbrellas and dine at the bathing establishments, it also offers numerous attractions: discos by the sea, restaurants with spacious terraces, cafés with outdoor tables along the street and in the gardens as well as shops open also in the evening. Forte dei Marmi is only 9 km away. Villa Oleandro is situated in a peaceful residential area about 700 m from the centre and 500 m from the beach. It is completely surrounded by a well-kept garden with relaxing areas, dining area with barbecue and an outdoor kitchen which can be used in the summer months. The villa is furnished with high quality furniture and tapestries and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and many other kitchen accessories. You can walk to both the centre of town as well as to the sea. The owners have a few bicycles which are available to the guests and can be used to go to the beach. You can easily visit other towns in the area which are worth a visit, such as the marble quarries in the Apuan mountains, the Thermal baths of San Carlo and some of the typical villages in the Luinigia. Lucca is approx. 59 km away, Florence 120.
