Beautiful country-house complex made up of two traditional Tuscan farmhouses separated by a large green outdoor area, an ideal solution for groups of friends consisting of different families. Located just outside the town of Impruneta, famous for its `cotto toscano`, in a splendid panoramic hillside position. Only 12 km from the centre of Florence, which you can reach in just about 15 minutes by car. You can find all kinds of shops in the town of Grassina about 6 km away. All the most important towns in the Chianti Classico area as well as Siena can all be easily reached. The interiors, which have been recently renovated, are pleasant and have been tastefully furnished. There are large green outdoor areas where there is a barbecue, table-tennis and the swimming pool (4x15m) with furnished pergola, all of exclusive use of the guests. In a wing of the first farmhouse there is an apartment that is separate from the rest of the house, where the caretaker lives. Access to the property along an unpaved country road of approx. 1 km.
