The elegant apartment Fuseri is located just a few meters from the San Marco Square, the heart of the city, where you can admire the city`s most important monuments: the San Marco Cathedral, the Procuratie Vecchie and Nuove, the ancient Dogi Palace and, of course, the very famous Ponte dei Sospiri (Bridge of Sighs) from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the Palladian island of San Giorgio Maggiore.
The apartment, which has been recently renovated, is situated in a peaceful charming courtyard, far from the tourist crowds that fill the San Marco area, in a historic Venetian noble building. Furnished for the most part with period pieces of excellent quality, as is the equipment. Just a short stroll and you will reach the La Fenice Theatre, where you can`t pass up a tour of the Theatre and an evening of Opera.

The apartment also has a charming terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can enjoy the view of the canal. Air conditioning in all the rooms and autonomous heating.
Paid on site in cash: Extra mandatory expenses: late arrival, for arrivals after 8.30 pm until 11.30 pm €30 extra, to be paid on location.
