The house lies in a panoramic position with a view of the Gulf of Spezia, and you arrive at the house along the road that leads to Le Cinque Terre, and lies about 9 kms from Riomaggiore. It stands on a rise and is reached along an untarred road of about 700 metres. As you enter the garden you start to take in the beautiful panorama that surrounds the property. The furnishings are simple but comfortable, and the equipment includes: washing-machine, TV and oven in the kitchen. Outside, the garden is formed by a series of connected terraces, and close to the kitchen is a large pergola with a built-in table and furnished for dining outside. The town of Spezia is about 4 kms away and is the nearest town for shopping. Due to parking difficulties it`s much more convenient to leave the car at the station and travel to Le Cinque Terre by train, that way everything is much easier and you can enjoy the extraordinary beauty of this stretch of coast in peace and quiet. The rocky coast offers enchanting inlets everywhere and the nearest beaches are about 15 km away in either SanTerenzo or Lerici. Portovenere, a splendid town, lies about the same distance away. The access road to the house is narrow, and even though you are unlikely to come across cars coming the other way, you must be careful.

Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
