The railway station of Selci is 1,5 km away. A public tennis court is at 4 km, the Spas 'Terme di Fontecchio' at 5 km. Horse-back riding facilities and a golf course are approx. 6 km from the property away.
At guests' disposal for a luxury holiday: large shared, equipped outdoor space (partly lawn), swimming pool (17,5 x 7,5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) with Jacuzzi area. Washing-machine available. Parking within the grounds. Only small pets are allowed.
