The property sleeps 6 guests in 3 double bedroom suites, each with private bathroom and bathtub and/or shower. An additional two guests can be accommodated for an additional fee. Furnishings and décor are a tasteful mix of traditional Tuscan style and modern Italian design. The owner is an art collector and there are many paintings of contemporary artists who are well represented in some of Europe’s most famous museums.

The owner lives on the property with her daughter. She has an independent access and just a small part of the garden is shared with the owner. The pool, the Turkish bath and the rest of the property is for guests only. Please note that the pool and Jacuzzi are not heated.

The property consists of three separate buildings (see floor plan) with the garden in the center. It is rented as one single property only and the three units cannot be rented separately.

In this part of the house there is ample room for guests to gather in the comfortable living and dining room. The well equipped kitchen is open and bright with quality wood cabinetry.

The property develops on different levels. From the parking lot to the Main Wing, there are several steps. We do not recommend this property for guests with walking difficulties.
