The farmhouse lies on the summit of a hill with a 360 degree view of the tuscan countryside. This rural building has origins that go back to the Middle Ages, and has recently been transformed into a place where all those interested in culture and the countryside can enjoy their holiday in total relaxation. The property has recently been restored, maintaining all of its original architectural features, whilst installing all of the comforts necessary today. There are three buildings available for guests: the two haybarns and a part of the farmhouse, where next door, in a completely independent part, live the two young owners, who are always absent during the day for work reasons, but are however a useful source for anything regarding the running of the property and for precious advice before organising your sightseeing trips. The large, enclosed garden is reserved for guests, with various relaxation areas, furnished verandas and the large swimming-pool (8x16m). A helicopter landing pad has been built beside the property, and this service can be used both for transfers from Florence airport and for private excursions. The farmhouse and Fienile B have been furnished with large kitchens and dining-room for over 12 people, and in front Fienile B they have made a large open-air dining area with barbecue. The countryside around here is beautiful, with vineyards, olive groves and oak woods. At Badia Agnano (2 kms) you will find all the services you might need, and in the little village of Pieve a Presciano (2 kms) there are four restaurants. The Chianti Classico wine area (Gaiole) is 18 kms away, Florence 55 kms, Siena 40, Arezzo 25. To reach the property there is a stretch of untarred road of about 1.5 kms.

FIENILE B 100 sq.m., 2 pax, GROUND FLOOR: large loft with living-area with fireplace and satellite-TV; dining area with round table for 12/14 people; professional kitchen with american-style fridge with ice-maker, oven, cooking surface with 5 hobs, dishwasher; 1 bathroom with shower. LOFT (14 steps): with double bed overlooking the living-room. Heating and air-conditioning.
FARMHOUSE 200 sq.m., 6 pax, GROUND FLOOR: large kitchen with dishwasher and oven, dining area with table for 12/14 people; large living-room with billiards and sofas. FIRST FLOOR: (access via internal stair) attractive circular entrance giving access to the bedrooms and bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom; 1 double bedroom with small living-area in a loft; 1 double bedroom; 1 large bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower; 1 bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms, underfloor heating.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 3 hours, 5 times per week for a total of 15 hours per week.
Paid on site in cash: Cooking service with helper Euro 60 per hour. Transfers and trips in helicopter: price to be agreed.
