The villa lies in a very panoramic position opposite the island of Capri, with a view of the entire Gulf of Naples, of the islands of Ischia and Procida, and of Naples all the way to Vesuvius. It stands on the Sorrento peninsula in the village of Marciano just 2 kms from Massa Lubrense, where the lemon trees and olives slope gently down towards the crystal-clear blue sea.
Villa del Rivo is a modern villa overseen by famous designers both in external renovation and in the interior furnishings, and is equipped with many, comfortable accessories: air-conditioning in all of the rooms, internet access WIFI, satellite-TV in all of the rooms on the first floor and in the living-room, dishwasher, washing-machine and barbecue.
The external area consists of panoramic terraces furnished with living-areas, relaxation areas, tables for dining outside and a beautiful garden, where they have made a large private swimming-pool (8x12m) and part of the garden has been equipped with games for children.
The rocky coastline of the promontory separates two lovely inlets where you will find some narrow roads that lead to the sea. At the port of Massa Lubrense called Marina della Lobra, you can hire small boats and you can also hire exclusive trips by boat with a guide for the whole day for some fascinating days out. Sorrento is 9 kms away, Positano 20 kms and Naples 58 kms.

GROUND FLOOR: Large dining area with panoramic views of the Sorrento coastline, living room with direct access to the garden equipped for outdoor living with panoramic views of the coast and access to the pool, professional kitchen reserved for the villa staff. FIRST FLOOR (8 bedrooms): access to covered outdoor area equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs, 8 double bedrooms with 8 ensuite bathrooms of which 7 with shower and 1 with bathtub, access to the garden (pool side) and solarium. SECOND FLOOR (1 bedroom): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living/dining room, professional kitchen with access to the large panoramic terrace with 180° view of the Sorrento coastline and the Bay of Naples. Terrace equipped with covered patio area with opening glass door and large table for outdoor dining also accessible directly from the kitchen. The three floors of the villa are all connected internally either by stairs or by lift, and each floor has direct access to the garden. There is a large private garden with a splendid infinity pool with panoramic views of the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida and the Gulf of Naples dominated by Mount Vesuvius.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 6 hours, 5 times per week for a total of 30 hours per week. Internet connection, car parking.
Paid on site in cash: Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 350 KW: the extra KWs are to be paid on the premises according to consumption.
