Forte dei Marmi is the high society hub of Versilia, with a host of venues, top fashion stores, discotheques and trendy haunts. In the summer season it is frequented by the big names of international finance, sports heroes and show business celebrities. The town is embellished by tree-lined avenues and villas with spacious gardens, and the sandy beach stretches for around 150 metres, complete with prestigious bathing establishments. Villa Ninaj is located in the centre of the town, in a quiet street about 200 m from the sea. It has recently been tastefully and painstakingly renovated and provided with dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed internet connections and a fully-equipped kitchen, while all the bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning. In the garden, with access from the sitting room, an outdoor lounge area has been created along with a pergola equipped for dining in the open air. Shops and all necessary services are within easy reach on foot in a radius of 100 metres. Guests who wish to book a bathing establishment should make the reservation well in advance in view of the limited availability.

Garden with furnished outdoor lounge area, pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining in the open air. Two private parking spaces of average size.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 4 hours, 1 time per week for a total of 4 hours per week. Change of bath linen twice a week
