The two apartments are inside an 18th century villa in the florentine hills, close to Poggio Imperiale, not far from the observatory at Arcetri and from Piazzale Michelangelo, in one of the most prestigious areas in the hills that surround the old city centre of Florence. The villa is divided into three apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners. Both Loggia and Ulivi have been recently renovated and furnished with high-quality pieces, and have been equipped with air-conditioning and many other accessories. From the private terraces, furnished with garden furniture, you can enjoy a rare panorama of the typical florentine countryside. Guests can also use the 6x15m swimming-pool in the residence next to the property, which has its own separate entrance. Even these days, thanks to the typical and attractive local narrow roads, traffic is almost non-existent and you can go out for long country walks, ending up in Piazzale Michelangelo or in the centre of the city.
