Old farmhouse renovated with a view to the utmost comfort set in a delightful position on the hills above Bardolino, just 3 km away. The splendid garden, which extends for several hundred metres around the house, comprising many different areas for relaxation, a bowling green and a large private swimming pool of 7 x 14 m (1.4 m - 4 m deep), boasts a magnificent view of the Lake Garda. The living area extends over the entire ground floor, with adjacent kitchen and a large covered portico equipped for dining in outside. The sleeping area is on both the first and second floors, and here too the windows at the front have marvellous views of the lake. Corte Capitani is situated in a secluded and extremely peaceful position. Bardolino stands in the middle of the Verona shoreline, at the point at which Garda is broadest. The mild climate makes it a perfect spot for holidays even outside the classic summer periods. Guests can enjoy water sports and rent boats, while for the younger visitors Gardaland just a few kilometres away offers a wealth of breathtaking entertainments. The Garda Riviera boasts a territory that is particularly fertile for the production of wine and olive oil, and guests can find superb local wines that have become famous the world over, to accompany the excellent local cuisine. The area is also strategically ideal for visiting the numerous cultural centres in the vicinity. Venice is 125 km away, and can also be reached easily by train from Peschiera del Garda, Verona is just 25 km away and Mantua 45 km.

GROUND FLOOR: Loggia with outdoor dining area with adjacent kitchen complete with fireplace, freezer, oven and dishwasher; dining room; sitting room, living room with fireplace and satellite TV; ironing room with washing machine; WC with washbasin. FIRST FLOOR: 1 large double bedroom with bathroom provided with bath and shower attachment; 1 single bedroom with small double bed (width 120 cm), with en suite bathroom with shower and access also from outside; 1 twin bedroom with bathroom fitted with bath and shower attachment. SECOND FLOOR: 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom with bath and twin washbasins; 1 small single (walk-through) bedroom; wardrobe; 1 bedroom with two beds; 1 bathroom with shower, half-bath and twin washbasins.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 3 hours a day, 3 days per week for a total of 90 EUROS per week.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
