The 6 x 13 m swimming pool is just 400 m from the house and is shared with a rural complex that has been renovated and transformed into 6 apartments belonging to the same property. Access to the house is along 300 m of unmade road. The house has been furnished with an eye to the utmost comfort and with impeccable taste, featuring mostly period furnishings. The equipment includes satellite TV, dish-washer, washing machine, while outdoors guests have extensive areas at their disposal, fully equipped even for eating in the open air. A cot for infants and a barbecue are also available. The village of Panzano with food shops is just 2 km away, and Greve in Chianti where guests can find shops of all kinds, 8 km. Both Florence and Siena are in a radius of about 30 km and can be reached in about half an hour by car. Internet wi-fi available at the reception, about 300 meters away from the house.

TOWER AND DOVECOT: 2 small single bedrooms, the first made in what was once the dovecot, and the second from an attic area; not suitable for adults.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
