Casa Pispisa stands in a small residential area close to the village of Scopello, with access through an automatic gate, and the whole complex is fenced. The sea can be reached on foot and is just 100 metres or more away, easily accessible only to those who live in this group of houses, down some flights of steps where you come to two pepple beaches accessible to children as well. The house has a private enclosed garden with parking and a large covered veranda furnished with a small living area and a table for dining outside, and via a spiral staircase you can go up to a sunbathing terrace with a view of the sea. The furnishings are modern and typical of houses by the sea, and the house is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite-TV, stereo with CD player and microwave oven, and a barbecue outside. It has been equipped with hot and cold air-conditioning in the living-room and in one of the bedrooms. The sea is beautiful here, and close by is the nature reserve called Riserva dello Zingaro, a very well known marine nature reserve. The village of Scopello is a little more than half a kilometre away, and besides having all the services you might need, you can also book scuba-diving courses there or hire boats, and there are also some excellent restaurants. Castellammare del Golfo is about 6 kms away, and Palermo 70 kms, with the airport about 40 kms away.

GROUND FLOOR: living-room with fireplace and dining area (hot and cold air-conditioning), kitchen with dishwasher and washing-machine, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Up a few steps you come to a double bedroom (hot and cold air-conditioning) and to a bathroom with bathtub and shower extension, still on the ground floor. Large covered veranda furnished for dining outside and sunbathing terrace with a view of the sea.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
