The Lilliano estate, an ancient fortified complex dating from the Middle Ages, extends over an area of around 460 hectares in a splendid, tranquil and panoramic position in the gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico, cloaked in vineyards, olive groves and fields of wheat protected by woods and Mediterranean maquis. A number of old farmsteads on the estate have been restored; the cluster of houses that represents our offer is made up of three farmhouses, renovated and furnished in the simple, essential style traditional in the Tuscan countryside. Only the first floor of the farmhouses has been restored for residential purposes. Umiliati is an independent dwelling located around 50 m from the fine 6 x12 m swimming pool set in a superb panoramic position. The three apartments are situated about 200 m from the pool on the other side, located in two different farmhouses: Carraretto in one and Guidi and Visentini in the other. Every week a typical buffet dinner to taste the local products is organised, and can be booked directly on site, as well as guided tours of the cellars of the estate with wine tasting. The property is strategically positioned for visiting the Chianti area and the art cities of Siena and Florence. In Castellina in Chianti just 5 km away guests can find shops of all kinds; Siena and Radda in Chianti are just 18 km away and Florence 55 km. Tennis courts and stables at 5 km, golf course 15 km. Florence Peretola airport 65 km.

The four living units can be rented together by a single party at a reduced price and with exclusive use of the swimming-pool and of the private external areas. Umiliati + Carraretto + Guidi + Visentini .The offer regards the whole of the property consisting of the farmhouse and the three apartments, along with the swimming-pool and the private external areas.
