This is an old country house, in a beautiful, panoramic spot, just a short distance from the old etruscan walls of the city of Cortona which is just 1 km away. The house is divided into 2 apartments, each of which has a private, furnished outside area. Guests have the use of a large and well cared-for furnished garden and of a nice 5x10m swimming-pool. A well-maintained untarred road about 400 metres long leads to the property. The furnishings mostly consist of period furniture. The two units can be booked together at a reduced price (Sodo 3) and in this case external areas and the pool will be at guests exclusive use. There is a cot available and a shared laundry with washing-machine. At Casa Sodo you can buy biological products typical of this area produced by the farm such as olive-oil, wine, honey and vegetables in season. Cortona, besides its beauty and art treasures, is also an important tourist destination due to its strategic geographical position. In fact those staying at Cortona can make many highly interesting cultural and artistic trips to such places as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto and Spoleto.

Private, furnished external areas in the courtyard and in the garden. Private swimming-pool of 5x10m.
