The villa has a large, well-maintained lawn that is partly shaded and entirely fenced-in, with a large, illuminated infinity swimming pool. The house is furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. The owners personally oversee the production of extra virgin DOP Lucca olive oil and various types of Montecarlo DOC red and white wines at their family farm. The most important art cities of Tuscany and beautiful beaches are located within a radius of 85 km. A secondary road runs along the property.

At guests’ disposal: large garden (4000 m2) with illuminated infinity swimming pool (8 x 15 m - depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), shower (cold water) and pergola, large covered terrace with barbecue. Towels for the pool are provided. Parking within the grounds. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Services included in the rental price: Baby bed available upon request. Cleaning service 3 hours per week (Tuesday and Thursday morning, time to be agreed upon)
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Maid service available upon request (€ 13,-/ hour). Upon request it is possible to purchase products from the farm and arrange visits to the farm’s olive press and the winery during the winemaking process. Small pets are permitted.
