The house lies in the Chianti hills about 3 kms from the town of San Casciano, where you will find all kinds of shops and tennis courts. It is just 20 kms from the centre of Florence which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or by bus. The Chianti area is within easy reach, as is the historic town of San Gimignano with its extraordinary towers, and as is the city of Siena. The careful renovation has maintained intact all of the charm of the building while optimising both space and comfort. From the house and from the garden you will find a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. An original swimming-pool (6x12m with depth from 1 to 2.2m) is for guests` exclusive use. The sunbathing and relaxation area lies in the panoramic terraced garden next to the pool. The house is inside an estate of 10 hectacres of farmland with olive trees. Private parking. In an annex near the pool they have made a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. (The bathrooms do not have bidets).
