Lovers of the sea can reach the beach at Arienzo in just a few minutes (about 150 steps), where there is a bathing establishment with a bar and a free beach area. The villa is accessed via about 90 steps from the main road. (Baggage carrying service available on request). The car can be parked along the road, but in the summer months you cannot easily find a free space, though you can use one of the pay car-parks in the town or use a transfer service straight from Naples airport. The centre of Positano is just 1.5 kms away and can be reached by car, bus or a pleasant walk of about 20 minutes. Sorrento is 16 kms away, Amalfi 15 kms, Ravello 20 kms, and Naples 60 kms.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms both with access to the panoramic terrace furnished with tables, chairs and sunbeds, 2 bathrooms with bath-tub and shower cabin. GROUND FLOOR: (access via an internal stair) 1 bedroom with 2 beds that can be joined together, 1 bathroom with bath-tub, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen with refridgerator, separate freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine, dining room, living-room, access to the panoramic external area furnished with tables and chairs for dining outside and to the swimming-pool area. ANNEX: (ground floor) 1 bedroom with 2 beds that can be joined, 1 bathroom with bath-tub, access to outside area. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
