An old country house going back to 1600, Villa le Case is part of a complex of farm buildings in the Mugello countryside not far from Vicchio, where Giotto was born. The villa is well furnished and is equipped with all creature comforts. Guests have the exclusive use of a private, enclosed garden of about 500 sq.m. with a 5x10m swimming-pool and a barbecue. In the same complex is another structure, completely independent, with 14 apartments, with which the guests of the villa share only the tennis court, riding stable, free use of canoes for trips on the Sieve river, and some mountain bikes, as well as the laundry. The lake at Bilancino is 15 kms away, with beaches equipped for swimming and where you can practise sailing sports. Borgo San Lorenzo is 10 kms away, and Florence 35 kms. There is parking on the property. The farm is a working farm cultivating the fields and raising livestock. A branch railway line passes close to the property.
