Bibbianello is a classic stone farmhouse on the edge of the historic town of Montalcino, home of the famous `Brunello` wine. The house stands in a splendid and tranquil spot with a view of Montalcino and of the surrounding countryside. It has been perfectly renovated and furnished with taste, mostly with antique pieces. About 500 metres away you will find all kinds of shops. A large and well-tended garden surrounds the house, where there is a 5x9m swimming-pool (1.2m deep, prefabbricated and terraced), and a barbecue. There is a very nice furnished loggia which is directly accessible from the living-room and from the dining-room. The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with ceiling-fans. Trips to the Crete Senesi area and to the thermal springs at Bagno Vignoni and Val d`Orcia are within easy reach. Siena is 40 kms away, Grosseto and the sea 60 kms, Florence 110 kms.
