Villa di Rosano is an attractive farmhouse in the low hills in the countryside around Florence, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It was built in the 14th century as a military fort and lies in a dominating and panoramic position. A small church going back to the 11th century and a convent from medieval times are evidence of the rich history this place has witnessed. The external areas and the area around the swimming-pool are extremely pleasant and the pool is equipped with a dressing-room with a shower and a gazebo. The center of Florence can be reached in about 20 minutes by car (about 15 km). Pontassieve is 3 km away and is the closest town, with services and shops of all kinds and a railway station as well, giving easy links to the old city centers of the Tuscan art cities.

FIRST FLOOR: living-room with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with three beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, up a stair and you come to a double bedroom.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
