This attractive private villa lies in a splendid, panoramic position in the Chianti hills close to Florence, which is just 13 kms away (15 minutes by car). The property has been recently very carefully renovated and has been furnished and equipped to perfection. It consists of a large villa and its annex next door. Guests have exclusive use of well-equipped garden, the panoramic terrace and the private swimming-pool. You can buy products straight from the farm, which is of 60 hectacres, of which part is cultivated with olive trees.
The villa offers a bedroom with a bathroom suitable for the disabled, and is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite-TV, DVD, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living-dining area, hi-fi, wood-burning oven, barbecue and a pay internet connection.
At the rear it has a large and panoramic terrace furnished for dining outside. It is also possibile to book the villa for 14 beds at a lower price, in which case the annex and 2 double bedrooms will not be available.
Arrivals must take place obligatorily before 19:30. The house lies in a tranquil position with an exceptional view of the tuscan countryside. The nearest village, Capannuccia, is 2 kms away and has a food shop, and 6 kms away is the town of Grassina with all kinds of services.
Tennis courts and golf are 5 kms away. In the area there are many excellent restaurants with typical local cuisine.
