This is a classic villa from the end of the 1800s, situated just a short distance (about 100 metres) from the main piazza of Impruneta, an important centre for the production of the famous 'tuscan terracotta'. Guests have at their disposal a large garden, well-tended and furnished, where you will find not only a splendid panoramic terrace equipped with a pergola, but also a nice 5x10m swimming-pool. The house is furnished with period furniture and is well-equipped. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa but not on the lower floor. The house comes with telephone, satellite TV, washing-machine and dishwasher. There is an optional cot for children. The centre of Florence can be reached by car or public transport in about 15 minutes (11 kms). The Chianti Classico area is about 20 kms away (Greve in Chianti), and Siena about 65 kms. Nearby you can do winetasting and there are excellent restaurants where you can try the gastronomic delights of tuscan cuisine. The golf course at Ugolino is about 5 kms away. The owners welcome guests in the evening arrival by offering them a Tuscan dinner.

SMALL TOWER: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
