This is a striking farmhouse with medieval origins situated in Maremma in the Grosseto area in a dominating position overlooking the vineyards of Montecucco with a view of Montalcino and of Monte Amiata. The farmhouse has been divided into 5 independent suites that have been recently renovated and furnished with taste. Guests have the use of a large garden with a nice and private 7x13m swimming-pool with dressing-room and WC, a health room with turkish bath, sauna and a small gym and a jacuzzi tub with hot and cold water. A professional and well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher is situated in an independent building and just a few metres away guests can use an large, attractive dining-room with a little museum of peasant art from the past, a living-room with TV and a corner wine-bar. For dining outside a covered terrace has been furnished next to suite no. 1 and can therefore be used together with the corner kitchen. There are some mountain bikes available free of charge and you can also buy typical gastronomic products from the area. Covered car-parking. Laundry and barbecue. There is also a cot available. Food shops are 4 kms away, and 9 kms away is the town of Paganico with shops, supermarket and all necessary services. Grosseto is 40 kms away, Siena 60 kms and so are the nice beaches at Castiglione della Pescaia.

No. 1 FIRST FLOOR: living-room, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, of which one with beds that can be separated, large covered terrace for dining outside for all the guests of the farmhouse. No. 2 GROUND FLOOR: living-room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. No. 3 GROUND FLOOR: living-room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. No. 4 GROUND FLOOR: living-room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. No. 5 (in an annex separate from the main farmhouse) living-room, 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated) of which one with loft and double sofa-bed, 1 large bathroom with shower. Professional kitchen with access from the outside. Large dining-room for over 16 people, with living area and TV and corner wine-bar. Health area with small gym, turkish bath and sauna. Laundry-room with washing-machine.
