The house lies within the complex called Corte Paradiso, has its own independent entrance and a private garden, is furnished with old furniture .... and is equipped with high-quality accessories. The building consists of fifteen apartments and lies 2.5 kms from Peschiera del Garda, and stands next to the main villa, which was built around 1500 and has been in the current family since 1700. Guests have complete access to the entire grounds and to the swimming-pool which is shared. Down a walkway available only to guests of Corte Paradiso you come straight to the club house of Golf Club Paradiso. Guests have the right to a special discount of 20% off the green fees. The club has a modern golf course designed by Jim Fazio, a well-known american golf-course architect. And naturally on the premises there are also a driving range and putting green. Besides the 18-hole golf course, the centre also has another 4 holes for the academy, with its own driving range and putting green where there is a fabulous sports centre with football fields, five-a-side football fields, tennis, basketball, beach volley, semi-olympic swimming-pool and a children`s pool. After a tiring game of golf, or just to relax, guests also get special rates at the Wellness Centre Paradiso, a health centre within the Golf Club grounds. This is an ideal place to follow the opera season at the Verona Arena which is just 25 kms away, or for day trips into the surrounding hills, to visit the art cities or to relax on Lake Garda where you can sail, take boat trips or visit the amusement parks, with Gardaland just 7 kms away.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with bath-tub, 1 bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR (Tower) on the first level 1 bathroom with bath-tub and shower, on the second level 1 twin bedroom. Private furnished outside area.
Other services included in the price: Cleaning during the week 3 hours, 1 time per week for a total of 3 hours per week. Two sets of bath-linen per week per person.
