You reach the house up behind the church of S. Ambrogio, driving along a narrow, panoramic road for about 1.5 kms, then when you arrive at the parking area (2 car parking spaces at the side of the road), you follow a path paved with stones for about 200 metres, including a flight of about 60 steps, and you find yourself surrounded by a large olive grove where you can take in the view of the sea. Once you get to the house you are immediately captured by the splendid view of the Gulf of Tigullio which runs from Rapallo, to Santa Margherita and to the promontory of Portofino. The furnishings are very refined and create a stark contrast with the simple wooden ceiling in an atmosphere of simple sophistication but of great charm. The house is suited to people who enjoy living in contact with nature, with the countryside and with peace and quiet, but due to the characteristics of the area there are dangers which make the house unsuitable for children under ten years old. The terraced garden includes a veranda with barbecue, several areas for relaxation with chairs and deckchairs, the private deck-level swimming-pool which projects itself towards the sea in an optical illusion of continuous blue. Rapallo and Zoagli are about 3 kms from here, Santa Margherita 6 kms, Genova 30. You will find bathing beaches all along the coast here, and food shops about 1.5 kms from Limona di Montallegro.

Accommodation (145 sq meters):
The house is on two floors with separate entrances. Ground Floor: large open-plan space (about 70 sq.m.) consisting of a large living-room with fireplace, dining-area and a large double bedroom, ante-bathroom and a bathroom with shower, liveable kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven. From the living-room you access the veranda, furnished for dining outside. Floor Below: 1 double bedroom (beds can be separated), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 large open room with a double bed. Laundry with washing-machine.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 3 hours a day, 3 days per week for a total of 130 EUROS per week.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
