Close to the village of San Terenziano, and just 14 kms from Todi, lies this comfortable country house, which enjoys a beautiful panorama of the valley of the Tevere and the surrounding hills. This is recently built house, but the wooden-beamed ceilings in chestnut wood, and the terracotta floors are perfectly in tune with the traditional style of the umbrian country house. Furnished in comfortable rustic style, it is surrounded by a large, panoramic garden equipped with garden furniture and with a nice swimming-pool (10x5m). It lies on two floors: the living/dining room has direct access to the veranda and to the garden and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor have an attractive panoramic terrace. Due to its central position, the house is well-placed for sightseeing trips in the area. To reach the house, the last 200 metres are along a quite steep, untarred road. Just 5 kms away is the little village of Grutti with a typical restaurant with good umbrian cuisine and which offers guests of I Cerri complete menus at special prices.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, both with access to the panoramic terrace.
Paid on site in cash: For stays exceeding 7 days obligatory cleaning service on Saturdays for Euro 100 (for each Saturday) to be paid on site.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
