The villa is about 10 km from the center of Lucca, one of the Tuscan cities which has best preserved its culture and traditions. The property is close to the road which winds slowly upwards towards the green Garfagnana hills, stretching out behind the beaches of the Versilia coast. The villa is furnished with antique pieces and is exceptionally well-equipped. Particularly attractive are the comfortable living-rooms and the charming kitchen/dining-room, fully fitted with dishwasher, satellite TV, wireless internet connection and all essential appliances and which leads directly onto a small courtyard, fully-equipped for dining outside. The large grounds, which are completely enclosed, include a 5.5x10m swimming-pool for guests` exclusive use and an attractive little lake surrounded by bamboo plants. Opposite the main villa live the wardens who maintain the garden. In an independent part of the villa, with a private entrance, live the owners who will be available to help with anything you might need. Accommodation (320 sq meters):
Two large, comfortable living-rooms with fireplaces, large kitchen/dining-room with fireplace and dishwasher, dining-room, 1 WC with washbasin/bidet, small studio/library - all of the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden. FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower, and the other has an ante-bathroom/dressing-room and bathroom with hydromassage bath-tub, 1 bedroom with three single beds, 1 bathroom with bath-tub and shower, 1 twin-bedroom. Mosquito-netting at the windows and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 2 hours a day, 5 days per week for a total of 150 EUROS per week.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
