The villa lies in the residential area called San Montano, 4 km from Sorrento, in what was once a fishermen`s village and is now an agricultural center renowned for the production of a particular kind of lemon. It was a holiday resort long before the advent of modern tourism, with its houses and miniature gardens leading down towards the sea and with the island of Capri providing a spectacular backdrop. Villa Bouganville has preserved a beautiful old lemon-orchard, which is surrounded by a portico. The terraced garden allows one to enjoy some of the most beautiful views in the world and additionally at one end of it there is a swimming pool (4,5x10 m) for guests` exclusive use.
The villa is divided into two buildings that are independent, but joined together and as a whole faces toward the large garden and the sea, creating charming little nooks which enable you to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere typical of this area to the fullest. The dependance has its own independent entrance and has the same high-quality characteristics as the villa. Furnished with antique pieces and embellished with shells and copper antiques, everything in the house recalls traditional customs of the area while at the same time its closeness to the sea.
Villa Bouganville is equipped with telephone, satellite TV, VHS, stereo with CD player, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living-room, a washing-machine, dishwasher, grill, microwave oven, direct access to the sea with 1 sun-shade, 4 deck-chairs and a changing-room with shower. From the beach there is a footpath of about 1 km that leads straight to a little village on the sea called Marina della Lobra where you will find a bar and a food shop. The villa owners are also able to organize cooking classes in their villa in Sorrento upon request.

DEPENDANCE: 70 sq.m., large living-room with view of the sea with access to the patio furnished for dining outside, a small kitchen, 1 double bedroom (beds can be separated) with bathroom with tub, 1 double bedroom with access to the patio with view of the sea, 1 bathroom with shower. Private parking for 4 cars (two are covered and two in the open air). Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Masonry barbecue.
Paid on site in cash: Obligatory cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, 6 days per week for a total of 300 EUROS per week. Possibility of renting extra linen (bed and bath) to be paid on the premises: price per person and per change € 13.
Bed and bath linen: One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
Cots for babies under 2 yrs: Cot with bars available: free of charge.
