Charming independent villa with private pool situated in the heart of Umbria with wonderful views over the surrounding landscape and over the lake Alviano. This villa provides nice and comfortable interiors furnished in a classic style and offers a large furnished and fenced garden. An outbuilding is approx. 30 m from the main villa and can be rented together with the house for a total of 12/13 persons. The surrounding area is rich in interesting small towns like Civita Bagnoreggio, an ancient hamlet built out of a tuff hill, as well as the natural WWF preserve of Alviano, the park of Bomarzo..
Distances: Guardea with all kinds of shops 0,5 km away, Alviano with railway station and trains for Rome 8 km away, Amelia 20 km, the charming town of Orvieto 23 km, Todi 35 km away, Rome 100 km.
At guests disposal: large fenced garden with private swimming-pool (5 x 10 m – maximum depth 1,65 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), loggia accessible from the living area equipped with tables, chairs and bread oven, barbecue. Laundry. Parking within the grounds.
The rental price includes 2 hours maid service per week.
Extra Services: Baby bed and high-chair available free of charge. Extra bed upon request at € 10,- / per day (payment on site). By arrangement it is possible to have nice lunches and dinners to taste local recipes.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 100,- / per week (to be paid locally).
Ground floor: large living-room with fireplace and access to a large furnished loggia, toilet, dining area (satellite TV) connected with the kitchen (oven, microwaves, barbecue), additional kitchen with sinks, freezer and dishwasher, laundry (washing-machine and ironing facilities), bedroom with a single bed.
1 step higher: bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower.
1st floor: double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower, bedroom with a French bed, twin-bedded room, bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, bedroom with a French bed, double bedroom with fireplace, wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.
Outbuilding approx. 30 m from the main villa away.
Ground floor: living-room (air-conditioning) with dining area, sofa-bed and kitchen corner, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Windows are provided with mosquito nets.
