Bella Perugia is a beautiful country house situated on a hilltop
overlooking the ancient city of Perugia. The house is completely
independent, with fences to separate the property. The view from
the house is lovely, and the hillside offers many opportunities for
walks or biking excursions. Bella Perugia has been thoughtfully
restored and furnished to provide a welcoming and relaxing
atmosphere. The owners have personally selected several rustic
and antique pieces of furniture. A pergola is positioned on the
private backside of the house, and guests will find this a pleasant
location to enjoy “al fresco” meals. Tables, chairs, garden
furniture, and DVD/CD player are provided.
There is a private swimming pool (8 x
4m) that is open from June 1 to September 25. May opening upon request.
The property is located only 5 kilometers from the ancient sections of
the city of Perugia. There is a convenient bus stop 1 kilometer
from Bella Perugia and it also possible to reach Perugia on
foot for hardy walkers. Tennis courts and various shops and services are located
both 1.5 and 5 kilometers away. Perugia’s train station services
many interesting cities in the region, and guests can reach either Rome
or Florence by train in about 2 hours. The town of Montelaguardia
is 1.5 km away and Assisi is 25 km away from the property.
Bella Perugia can be rented at different price rates according to the
number of guests. If there are 6-8 guests, the entire house (250
square meters) will be rented. If there are 4 guests, only the
ground floor and first floor will be open (180 square meters) and the
top floor will be closed.
The ground floor consists of an entrance with access to an equipped
external space. A sitting room with fireplace and television is
two steps above the entrance level. Following another four steps,
guests will find the living room with fireplace, a well-equipped
kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster)
and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine
located on the lower level.
The first floor is accessed by an internal staircase of 15
steps. On this floor there is one queen bedroom with an en suite
bathroom with bathtub. There is also a bedroom with a double bed
and an en suite bathroom with shower. Groups of four or less
guests will use only the ground and first floor, which together
comprise 180 sq. meters.
The top floor is accessed from an internal staircase of 5 steps.
The top floor is made up of two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with a
shower.
