Palazzola, a pleasant modern villa, sits in the countryside near the
quaint village of Trestina. Palazzola is a
private independent house with a fence defining the property. The
house sits on a lovely landscape; there is
a large well-kept garden around the house and a variety of trees offer
pleasant shaded areas. The villa is well furnished with a comfortable
and modern atmosphere. Guests of Palazzola
have exclusive use of a small soccer playground and the swimming pool
(12m x 6m). The swimming pool, which is
open from May 3 to September 27, is well equipped with a wooden

The garden and the swimming pool enjoy a panoramic view overlooking
Canoscio Church and the surrounding hills. The
villa has a mid-hill position and it is ideal for outings by bike in
the Alta Valle del Tevere. Excursions to
many unique and interesting Umbrian towns are easy from Palazzola, as
well to Tuscany’s Arezzo and Cortona attractions. Guests
can board a train from Arezzo and reach Florence in about one hour.

Palazzola is an independent house with a private pool
and sleeps nine to ten guests comfortably. The raised ground level is
accessed from an external staircase of five steps.
The entrance opens onto the sitting and dining room, which has a
fireplace and satellite TV with Sky programs, kitchenette with oven,
dishwasher, microwave oven and small TV. The
kitchen opens onto a covered terrace and external stairs (seven steps)
brings guests into the garden. This floor
also includes one double bedroom, one bedroom with a French bed, one
small bedroom with bunk beds (one bed is extractable), and a bathroom
with bathtub. Internal stairs (15 steps)
lead to the lower level floor.
The lower level floor consists of a double bedroom and a single
bedroom, both with small high windows, a small bathroom with shower,
and laundry machine. There is also a
lovely sitting room with access to an outdoor space.
The outdoor patio is equipped with a table, chairs and a shade
umbrella.
There is a washing machine, barbecue, cot, ironing facilities, and
a highchair for small children. The double
bedroom on the basement floor has electric heating
