Just two kilometers from the lakeside town of Passignano, its location allows easy day
excursions to sights on the lake as well as to other destinations in Umbria and
Tuscany. Passignano is a friendly lakeside town with a tree lined promenade
that offers a variety of shops and restaurants featuring the typical local lake
cuisine. Boat excursions for the Trasimeno islands leave from here.
Villa degli Olivi is an independent house recently built with care and attention
by the present owner.
The house is completely enclosed by a fence ensuring guests complete privacy.
The swimming pool (10X5) and garden area are fittingly situated to take full
advantage of the panoramic vista. The olive trees create a soothing atmosphere
in which to relax and take in the view. A hammock swings under the pine trees
while a convenient and pleasant pergola stands in the garden alongside the wood
oven for al fresco dining.
Villa degli Olivi has been furnished in a comfortable rustic and modern style.
The house is 250 sq meters and spans two floors.
Ground floor: Spacious living room (TV, DVD) with corner bar and doors to
covered terrace. Archway through to large dining/sitting room (fireplace, CD)
with door to covered terrace. Breakfast room (door to covered terrace) leading
to kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
First Floor: Access from internal stairs (16 steps). One double bedroom with
en suite bathroom with small shower, one double bedroom, one twin bedded room
(beds cannot be joined to form a double bed) that is interlinked to a small
double bedroom with a sloping ceiling. Also on this floor is a bathroom with
bathtub, a terrace and a patio.
Only small pets are allowed upon request.
